I have signed up for Ironman 70.3 in October and Full Ironman in November of 2022 only 1 month apart. And I never stopped! Close to 30 races under my belt, and I still continue to do races. From 2015 to 2021, I finished several marathons (half/full), 6 triathlons, 4 Spartan obstacle races (5miles-15miles races with 25-45 obstacles), 2 Ironman 70.3(1.2mile swim, 56miles bike, 13.1mile run) and 1 full Ironman (2.4-mile swim, 112 miles bike, 26.2 miles run). After 6 months of never missing a day without a workout, my wife signed me up for my first half-marathon. I started pushing myself to the gym and meeting new people again. When I looked in the mirror, I didn't feel like myself. However, I transformed into an introverted person who refused to talk to people or interact with them. At one point in my life, I loved interacting with others and meeting new people. Another point of change that I observed was my social ability. I observed a lot of change in myself from being an elite sportsman in college to living a very sluggish lifestyle.
